How long will Order Processing take?

Normally we will process and ship all the orders on the next day when they are placed but sometimes orders could take up to 5 days to process before they ship — excluding weekends and holidays. During the holidays, processing times may take up to 10 days. 


How will it take for me to receive my item?

Shipping methods for all Orders will vary based on the shipping address provided e.g. US is shipped via USPS, UK via Royal Mail etc.

Transit Time to all locations: 5 - 20 Business days.

An order takes 3 weeks on average to ship.

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company. However, we will follow up with our post carrier timely to expedite the delivery of these orders.

 

Will I receive a Tracking Number?

Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends time to source for quality yet affordable products. If you would like to obtain your tracking number, you can go to "Order Status" to retrieve your tracking number by providing your email address and order number that you received from the order confirmation email that sent by us. 

 

I ordered multiple items but I have only received one/some of them. Why?

We do our best to reduce costs on your end so that you do not have to pay high taxes/premiums to get your items ! If you ordered multiple items from us, it is highly likely that the goods will be shipped in several packages. Please allow some time for all of your items to arrive.

The prices shown on the receipts received MAY be lower from what you have paid but please note that these prices do not include any TAXES and TARIFFS that may have been incurred.

 

I placed an order but I did not receive a order confirmation email. What's going on?

Please ensure that you enter the correct email address when you place an order. Kindly check your SPAM folder to see whether your confirmation email has been sent there. If there is still no confirmation email, please email our support team at support@greatgifts-store.com.
